With more than 20 years of experience, he has dedicated himself to creating transformational leaders and developing top performance for organizations.
During his career, he held high-level positions in banking institutions, leading numerous teams. It was then that he discovered his true vocation: to release and enhance the greatness that resides in each individual. As a result, he has provided advice to approximately 6,000 leaders and nearly 100 organizations in various countries.
In addition to her outstanding professional career, she is the mother of 5 children and the grandmother of 9 grandchildren. Currently, she serves as the executive director of her own business, known as the "Chiffelle Method," and is on the board of the Ronda Foundation.
We consider the harmonious balance between personal and professional life as the definition of success.
